Big Law’s flight to Florida continues as Fox Rothschild on Monday announced a new Sarasota office led by newly appointed health care transactions practice chair and executive committee member Robert Stroud.
Stroud, who arrives from Southwest Florida’s Blalock Walters accompanied by counsel Yazen Dides and associate Mark Clare from Blalock Walters, is helming the Am Law 100 firm’s third outpost in the Sunshine State. Fox Rothschild’s total headcount in the state is now approximately 50 attorneys, across Miami, West Palm Beach and Sarasota.
