The social media company X, formerly known as Twitter, was accused of engaging in stalling tactics and failing to comply with arbitration agreements in a petition filed by seven former employees Thursday in the Southern District of New York.
The seven former employees, through their attorney Akiva M. Cohen of Kamerman Uncyk Soniker & Klein, asked a federal judge to compel X to arbitrate in accordance with the agreements, including by paying “all arbitral fees required under the rules of their chosen arbitration provider.”
