The bankruptcy trustee for fired Major, Lindsey & Africa recruiter Sharon Mahn said in a bankruptcy court filing Monday that he intends to abandon a sexual assault suit he filed against the global recruiting firm due to disagreements among various parties on his side of the case.
Trustee Gregory Messer’s notice of abandonment to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York comes after five months of litigation in New York County Supreme Court.
