A white former employee of multinational information technology company HP Inc. claimed he lost his job and was allegedly accused of racism after he said the company was spending too much time on its diversity, equity and inclusion practices.
The plaintiff, Evan Arsenault, was a solution architect at HP, and worked there from Nov. 7, 2021, through March 2023, according to his complaint.
