Ex-White House attorney Deborah Misir has joined the legal challenge against New York’s 4-month-old law that allows any registered voter to get a mail-in ballot, regardless of the reason.
A partner with Cullen and Dykman, Misir is set to argue on Monday in the Appellate Division, Third Department against the constitutionality of the no-excuse mail-in ballot law, coined the Early Mail Voter Act.
