On Friday, online notarization startup Legitify announced that it secured €1.5 million (approximately $1.64 million) in a seed funding round l,ed by venture capital firm Verb Ventures, with participation from Enterprise Ireland, Actium Partners and Redbay Ventures.
Legitify was founded in Stockholm in 2020 by former financial services professional Aida Lutaj and former legal consultant Arko Ganguli, both of whom also founded investment company Antler.
