While most of the legal industry by now believes that generative artificial intelligence has the potential to streamline some of the most tedious and time-consuming legal tasks, one group of law firms may find themselves among the earliest, most eager adopters: plaintiffs firms.
Plaintiffs firms across the country are exploring ways to leverage generative AI, with some already building their own internal solutions, such as Chicago-based law firm Edelson, which launched “Chattie,” the firm’s generative AI chatbot and so-called Chief Happiness Officer, last summer.
