Indian conglomerate Reliance Industries Limited and Walt Disney have taken further steps to solidify the planned merger of their Indian assets.
The two companies have reportedly appointed Indian law firms Khaitan & Co, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and AZB & Partners to conduct antitrust due diligence, having an agreement in December to merge their India businesses, according to Reuters.
