The closure of one firm is often an opportunity for others. The recent announcement that Toronto’s Minden Gross is closing has led cross-border firm Dickinson Wright to expand its Toronto office with a 10-person transactional group.
With the arrival of the Minden Gross commercial leasing and real estate team, Dickinson Wright’s Toronto office will have 60 lawyers, making it larger than the firm those lawyers left behind.
