A group of Central Queens residents who are fed up with noise and nuisances emanating from concerts at Forest Hills Stadium have been dealt a setback in a lawsuit against the venue.
The plaintiffs, the Concerned Citizens of Forest Hills Inc., a moved for an order for a preliminary injunction preventing defendants, including venue owner West Side Tennis Club, from allowing any noise to come from the stadium or hold any events there.
