China’s largest athletic apparel brand ANTA Sports is planning to spin off its Finnish sporting equipment subsidiary Amer Sports Inc via an initial public offering in New York.
As stated in a filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the U.S., Amer Sports has engaged Davis Polk & Wardwell and Conyers Dill & Pearman for legal advice.
