A defamation case brought by disinformation expert Nina Jankowicz against Fox News Network and Fox Corp. was dismissed Monday from the District of Delaware federal court.

The July 22 decision marks a victory for the team of DLA Piper and Ellis George Cipollone O’Brien Annaguey attorneys representing Fox, with Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly ruling Jankowicz’s claim could not survive a motion to dismiss based on defamation claim requirements under New York law.
