The parties in the lawsuits against CooperSurgical Inc., in which plaintiffs allege that the company’s recalled culture media caused mass loss of viable embryos during the in vitro fertilization process for many couples, disagree on issues of general personal jurisdiction and venue.
The Cooper Companies Inc. and CooperSurgical filed motions to dismiss the 22 lawsuits against them in the Northern District of California.
