San Diego-based practice management and integrated payment software provider CARET, formerly known as AbacusNext, laid off at least three of its top executives in the period between mid-June and July to recover profits after the sale of their flagship product HotDocs to Mitratech.
Among those let go include CARET CEO Keri Gohman; CARET chief revenue officer and president of HotDocs, Joanna Trimble; and the vice president of GTM Operations and Customer Success at CARET, Anne McNutly.
