Gallegos Carrocerias Gallegos was hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit on June 21 in Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The court action, filed by Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney on behalf of RAD Wood Products, accuses the defendant of failing to place minimum purchase orders required under a supply agreement.
