Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cencora Face Data Breach Class Action

Bristol-Myers Squibb, wholesale drug company Cencora Inc. and patient support services company Lash Group LLC were slapped with a data breach class action on June 10 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, filed by Kopelowitz Ostrow Ferguson Weiselberg Gilbert, centers on a Feb. 2024 cyberattack that allegedly exposed the personally identifying and private health data of hundreds of thousands of patients. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:24-cv-02524, Harrell v. Cencora, Inc.
