On Tuesday, Bloomberg Industry Group announced its acquisition of project management and collaboration solution Dashboard Legal. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition comes just short of a year after Bloomberg Law’s release of Bloomberg Law Contract Solutions, an artificial intelligence-powered solution for “storing, searching, drafting and negotiating contracts.” At the time, the release marked the company’s expansion beyond legal research. The addition of Dashboard Legal to Bloomberg Law now further extends the company’s legal workflow offerings.
