Australian law firm Clayton Utz has hired a corporate partner and an associate from Baker McKenzie amid an increase in mergers and acquisitions this year.
Jim Peterson is leaving the Baker McKenzie partnership to join Clayton Utz as a legal consultant in Brisbane while Lisa Houston joins as a senior associate.
