Ashurst is advising the owners of the 7-Eleven franchise in Australia on its $1.1 billion sale to its Japanese parent company, which was advised by Ashurst.

Japan’s Seven & I Holdings, which owns the 7-Eleven global license and collects license fees from the Australian business, has paid $1.1 billion to own the Australian convenience and petrol retailer in full.
