A judge dismissed the plaintiff’s case in a long-standing legal feud with one of Palm Beach County’s most prominent real estate developers, finding the Boca Raton attorney involved acted in bad faith.
Discovery violations, misleading defense counsel, lying to the judge, and illegally recording the defendant were among some of the allegations brought before the court by Miami attorney Roy Black and his Black Schrebnick team for fraud against the court by the plaintiffs and their attorney Roderick Flynn Coleman of Rod Coleman PPLC., which resulted in Tuesday’s court action.
