By land, by sea, and by air, the tourism industry, along with the rest of the world, was undeniably rocked by a behind-the-scenes yet omnipresent little-known company called CrowdStrike on July 19 when an update in its system caused a catastrophic meltdown, crippling flights and other forms for transportation for more than a day.
Four days later the cyber-tremors remain with lingering problems still plaguing computer users.
