On Tuesday, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe launched its Online Safety Resource Center, a website that provides knowledge resources for clients impacted by privacy laws that protect minors online. These resources include an interactive state-by-state regulatory tracker of such laws, as well as articles and videos about the related legal and regulatory landscape.
Orrick partner Aravind Swaminathan told Legaltech News that the resource centers aims to empower the firm’s in-house legal clients at a time when more are becoming comfortable with using technology to keep on top of regulatory risks.
