After a federal jury in Delaware returned a $46.7 million verdict last year against Amazon for its technology infringement from an early pioneer of voice-based search, VoiceBox, the plaintiff has filed another suit alleging the e-commerce company continues to use the patented technology for its Echo and Alexa products.
