Al Tamimi & Company and Paul Hastings have advised a $1.5 billion investment between big tech Microsoft and the Abu Dhabi-based Artificial Intelligence tech company G42.
The deal grants Microsoft a minority stake and a board seat, with Brad Smith, Vice Chair and President of Microsoft, appointed to the G42 Board of Directors.
