The use of AI is vastly increasing in all areas and industries. It is gaining traction, but it is still considered fairly new, and we are still learning much about it. In fact, many companies and institutions have developed teams dedicated to AI and its impact on their specific industry. Here are some tips that we in the legal field should keep in mind with AI and the use of AI:
1. Attorneys and paralegal professionals should attend continuing education seminars offered on AI either at the NJSBA, or any other bar offering such seminars. These seminars will provide more information on AI, and knowledge is power. Staying up to date with the latest information will help us with respect to knowing how we can best use this tool (or not use this tool) in our law firms.
