As voters cast ballots during the second day of early voting for the May 21 nonpartisan primary election, judicial candidate Jeff Davis spent Tuesday fighting to remain in the race for the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Following a daylong hearing, an administrative law judge is now weighing whether to disqualify Davis from running to replace retiring Presiding Judge M. Yvette Miller based on a residency challenge.
