Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher have stepped in to represent Silicon Valley companies in a pending privacy class action brought by Bursor & Fisher.
The original complaint, Garcia v. Alo, was filed on June 28 in the California Northern District Court against Alo, a Beverly Hills-based wellness company that sells workout apparel and subscriptions to yoga and fitness courses. An amended complaint listing Google, Meta, Snap, Microsoft and Heap as co-defendants was filed on July 12.
