An antitrust class action filed against Amazon.com Inc. in Seattle federal court has now moved to the Southern District of New York as Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Sidley Austin defend the online retail giant.

Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro managing partner Steve W. Berman filed the lawsuit on June 13 on behalf of CD Reiss, the pen name under which Christine DeMaio has self-published dozens of audiobooks for sale on the Amazon marketplace.
