Latham & Watkins partners Michele Johnson, Colleen Smith and Morgan Whitworth entered appearances for prescription drug price tracker and health care company GoodRx on July 1 in a pending shareholder derivative action.
Shareholder Benjamin Solomon, represented by the Brown Law Firm in New York, filed the verified derivative complaint on behalf of GoodRx against GoodRx and members of the company’s board of directors—including co-founder and current Chief Mission Officer Doug Hirsch—in the California Central District Court on May 23. The case was assigned to U.S. District Judge André Birotte Jr.
