Simmons & Simmons has appointed Kenneth Hui as its new regulatory head in Hong Kong where he will oversee the firm’s growing Asia financial markets practice.
As Hong Kong emerges as a virtual asset hub, Hui will counsel clients on the expanding digital assets market, now under a new regulatory regime for exchanges, while also advancing Simmons’ APAC fintech practice.
