Haifa Bahaian, former chief legal officer for the Saudi Venture Capital Company, has joined King & Spalding as a partner in the Riyadh real estate and funds practice, bringing her extensive experience in investment funds, M&A, and transactional regulatory matters.
Bahaian previously worked as a senior legal counsel at Olayan Saudi Holding Company and at Latham & Watkins and Baker McKenzie, where she honed her expertise in private equity, corporate, and regulatory matters with a particular focus on the Middle East and Saudi Arabia.
