Martin Shkreli—notoriously known as the “Pharma Bro”—is no stranger to controversy, and the latest involves a one-of-a-kind album from legendary hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan. Now facing down a federal trade secret misappropriation lawsuit for his recent online music streaming activity, Shkreli may be poised to learn the hard way the truth behind one of the group’s most famous lyrics: “Wu-Tang Clan ain’t nuthin’ ta f*ck wit’.”
Shkreli earned his derogatory moniker in 2015 after his company acquired the rights to Daraprim, a life-saving drug used to treat toxoplasmosis in AIDS patients, among other rare conditions, and he raised the price of the drug from $13.50 per pill to $750 per pill.
