Cozen O’Connor has hired a former Arkansas attorney general who will work out of a new office for the firm in Little Rock, while Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath also added to its own state attorneys general practice.
Former Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel will serve as co-chair to the Cozen O’Connor practice practice, while Faegre Drinker has added on former New York deputy attorney general Avi Schick as a co-chair. Schick previously led Troutman Pepper Hamilton & Sanders’ government investigations, compliance, and enforcement practice in New York.
