A raft of leading corporate law firms have been drafted in to advise on two multi-billion-pound private equity deals involving high profile U.K. assets.
Clifford Chance, Latham & Watkins and the newly-merged A&O Shearman all advised as Spanish infrastructure giant Ferrovial has come to an agreement relating to the sale of its stake in London’s Heathrow airport, to the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) and French private equity fund Ardian.
