The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Wednesday lifted a cease-and-desist order that barred Amazon from firing workers for supporting unionization following a warehouse employee’s termination in 2020.
The court said U.S. District Judge Diane Gujarati, who found there was reason to believe Amazon committed an unfair labor practice, abused her discretion in issuing the injunction against Amazon.
