On Wednesday, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), its international division, announced the launch of its new generative AI-powered tool ClauseBuilder AI, which it previewed earlier this year. The tool is intended to streamline the drafting of clear and effective mediation and arbitration clauses across industries, according to the press release.
“With ClauseBuilder AI, we’re providing a cutting-edge solution to quickly generate high-quality clauses, including our new AI Clauses, that users need,” said AAA President and CEO Bridget McCormack in the release. “We are committed to delivering technology that makes alternative dispute resolution easier and more accessible.”
