Jennifer Routh and Edward B. Diskant of McDermott Will & Emery have entered appearances for CVS Health, CVS Pharmacy and other defendants in a pending civil RICO class action. The case was filed on April 23 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check; Carella Byrne Cecchi Olstein Brody & Agnello; and the Young Law Group. The action alleges the defendants colluded to deprive consumers of less expensive, generic medications. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge John M. Younge, is 2:24-cv-01703, Jones et al v. CVS Health Corporation et al.
