As the upper end of Am Law 50 partner pay reaches new heights, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett appears to be meeting the call.
The firm has stretched the spread in equity partner compensation to an approximately 9 to 1 ratio, with the highest paid partners expected to take home north of $20 million this year, the firm confirmed Thursday.
