Even in the age of nuclear verdicts, bringing back eight figures from a jury is no easy feat. Bringing in two on the same day is virtually unheard of; it was a first for former Montgomery County prosecutor turned sexual abuse litigator Kristen Gibbons Feden, who notified seven clients of their awards, totaling $32.5 million, in August 2023.
“I get a lot of happiness in this job by getting to call my clients and say, ‘Hey, this is what you got,’” Feden said in an interview. “I got to call seven different people to let them know about the awards. It’s satisfying from a career perspective and emotional perspective as well.”
