Paul Hastings and Weil Gotshal & Manges have taken on leading advisory roles in French company Vinci Airports’ £1.27 billion acquisition of Edinburgh Airport.
The airport operator is instructing Paul Hastings on its purchase of a 50% stake in the airport, according to a firm statement. The firm’s energy and infrastructure M&A partners Jessamy Gallagher and Candice Lambeth are leading the team, with support from partners Stuart Rowson and Ally McKechnie. Partners Jade-Alexandra Fearns and Ruth Knox also provided antitrust and ESG advice respectively.
