Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has added private equity M&A partners Neal Reenan and Ian Bushner, both from Latham & Watkins, in New York to help lead its private capital practice, the firm said Monday.
Reenan will now join Charles Hayes and Arend von Riegen as global co-heads of private capital while Bushner will be the firm’s new head of U.S. private capital. Both had been partners at Latham since early 2020, when they moved from Kirkland & Ellis.
