Macfarlanes, Norton Rose Fulbright, Debevoise & Plimpton and Shoosmiths are acting on Superdry’s restructuring, as the UK clothing brand announces that it will delist from the London Stock Exchange.

The company, which has struggled in recent years, has turned to Macfarlanes for counsel, with Paul Keddie leading on the restructuring aspects of the deal, according to a person with knowledge of the matter. The team also includes corporate and M&A partner Harry Coghill and the firm’s restructuring head Jat Bains.
