Over the past year, a number of e-discovery companies have introduced generative AI solutions, whether it be Relativity’s aiR for Review, Disco’s Cecilia or Reveal’s Ask. Such offerings, however, are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the e-discovery market’s plans for generative AI and just how much efficiency and automation the novel technology can bring to many processes in the EDRM model.

Cristin Traylor, director at Relativity, told Legaltech News that, in addition to review, generative AI has a number of applications in early case insights, among other areas. In fact, Relativity is planning more generative AI solutions in the future under its “aiR” moniker, including aiR for Privilege.
