White & Case has been named in a lawsuit initiated by Malaysia’s state fund 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) against the chief investment officer of Saudi’s oil services company PetroSaudi, Patrick Mahony.
The case comes amid a larger fraud scheme that has been called one of the world’s greatest financial scandals.
