A federal district court in West Palm Beach entered final judgment Monday in a case in which a Boca Raton man will pay nearly $850,000 in pay disgorgement and civil penalties following a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Charles Baugh did not admit or deny the allegations of violations of the anti-fraud provisions of the federal securities laws in connection with his trading in the securities of ADT Inc. ahead of an announcement that the company had agreed to enter into a partnership with Google LLC.
