A U.K. government minister has said the party has no immediate plans to reverse the Supreme Court’s ‘Paccar’ judgment, which rendered litigation funding agreements “unenforceable” in competition cases.
Lord Ponsonby, a junior Labour Party justice minister, said the government will only consider legislation once the Civil Justice Council has completed its ongoing review into litigation funding.
