Former President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and former White House senior staffers Reince Priebus and Sean Spicer have hired a new law firm for their defense in a long-running pregnancy discrimination suit after their previous lawyers filed a motion to withdraw in late April.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Katharine H. Parker of the Southern District of New York on Wednesday signed off on an order substituting Schulman Bhattacharya, a law firm with offices in New York City, Rochester, New York and Maryland, for the previous team of attorneys at LaRocca, Hornik, Greenberg, Kittredge, Carlin & McPartland.
