Tom Girardi showed up in a downtown Los Angeles courthouse on Friday as a judge outlined the details of his Aug. 6 criminal trial.
Appearing in a gray blazer and khaki pants with white tennis shoes, Girardi, 85, said nothing during the status hearing as U.S. District Judge Josephine Staton, of the Central District of California, explained her procedures for jury selection, which begins Aug. 1.
