Law firms opposing Johnson & Johnson’s latest bankruptcy plan lodged a class action on Wednesday alleging a series of fraudulent maneuvers prevented ovarian cancer and mesothelioma victims from obtaining fair compensation by delaying trials for more than two years.

The class action, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey by five plaintiffs in talcum powder lawsuits, names Johnson & Johnson, its subsidiaries and several current and former officers and directors.
