Susan Friedman, senior staff attorney for the Innocence Project, has been named the long-awaited lead attorney for the New York State Commission on Prosecutorial Conduct.
The prosecutorial watchdog announced Friedman as its inaugural administrator, a newly-created position resembling Commission on Judicial Conduct Administrator and Counsel Robert Tembeckjian’s, on Monday.
